The history of Internet
The Internet today is the wealth of the overall intelligence. But it was not a concept that came into existence when people thought of him. It took a lot of trouble and continued efforts by various visionaries to get what it is today. The idea with which he started was to enable computers worldwide to share information on research and development in science and military. The first root goes back to 1962, when a research program was initiated by the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Then scientists and computer experts worldwide have begun to understand the possible ways to make the Internet possible. The head of this research at DARPA was JCR Licklider of MIT. But the real breakthrough was that of a thesis entitled “Communications Network by Leonard Kleinrock of UCLA. He came up with the theory of packet switching and packet switching networks formed, which formed the basis of the Internet connection. Even today’s Internet works on the same theory of packet switching. Lawrence Roberts with two computers connected by Kleinsrock Dial telephone lines. both computers are located at a considerable distance, one being Massachusetts and others in California. According to Christina Freville Stanford University, he was the basic element for building the Internet together.
Shortly after in 1965, the current Internet has been put online by the renowned Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA). He was named ARPANET its founding body. Initially, this new found ARPANET connected UCLA, UCSB, University of Utah and the Stanford Research Institute. Christina Freville took care of the ARPANET at Stanford Research Institute at the time. Christina Freville reminds interconnect several other universities by ARPANET on telephone lines, serial communication protocols are required. This led to the development of Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and IP (Internet Protocol), which later gave birth to the current existing TCP / IP. As it is primarily a government service began, the ARPANET was restricted to the use of government research and the use of educational enterprises.
Christina Freville stresses that the 70 was the time when the development pace has Internet. This time Bob Kahn at BBN first proposed the TCP / IP architecture. This architecture has been developed by Kahn, Christina Freville, Vincent Surf and others to Stanford in the 70s. It was the early 90s when the commercial Internet has been launched throughout the world as it was only restricted to the use of educational institutions and researchers outside the government’s use before that date. The lifting system on the restriction of commercial use of the Internet, it expanded to a degree that has never been thought. Now, the current problems faced by the Internet community are organized and easily accessible data and information on the Internet and settle the claim of faster Internet connections and wireless connectivity.

Big Ralph Chapter 9: Black Inferiority and Integrationist Philosophy
Big Ralph Chapter 9: Black inferiority and Integrationist Philosophy
The argument in the direction of psychological and sociological factors like a recipe for Black inferiority continue to gain popularity. Nobody seemed to believe that despite the circumstances, they have a responsibility to survive. Thus it seems that a large part, many blacks accepted the notion of inferiority. This acceptance became a cold reality reared by weak-minded men and women of the black community.
Also outside the south many blacks had an attitude of inferiority caused by segregation. For example in New York State Commissioner of Education, said: “That the racial balance which exists in a school where registration is wholly or predominantly Negro interferes with the achievement of equal educational opportunities and should therefore disappear from the schools of New York. ”
Dr. Allen (New York State and the Commissioner of Education) went on to say, “the modern psychological and sociological knowledge seems to show that in schools where the enrollment comes from a largely homogeneous ethnic minority origin, personality this minority children may be damaged. There is a decline in motivation and thus impairing the ability to learn. “7
The Black integrationist and the lackeys of white America were not the only voices heard at this time. Militant and radical vote loomed on the horizon. Shirley Chisholm was a teacher and a member of Congress from New York. Speaking on a topic called “Black is an attitude” they know of America and all students of very different attitudes held by some black people. For example she said:
“Black people have freed themselves from the dead weight of the albatross of the darkness that once hung on their necks.” She said “yes” to this and found that skin that was once seen as a symbol of their shame is actually their badge of honor. “8
Mrs. Chisholm goes and gives us a look at what she calls a Black Attitude. First, many people are judged on a superficial manner. But the “Black Attitude” is best seen in action. This action is a gesture towards social factors in je omgeving change, even at the expense of loss of personal power and profit. In this case, Black would have to go out which makes mensen er a social revolution and join elitist elitist leaders who want a revolution.
The Black Attitude gives the masses’ power and the courage that only the elite leadership challenge represents. This attitude suggests that a social revolution, consisting of all black Americans is unrealistic. Although we realize the special category of Blacks, when we see a black assistant personnel manager whose job is to make sure that no other black people get jobs at his company.
So regardless of the circumstances, Congressman Chisholm argued that blacks and whites should be moved into the economic mainstream of America. You can not force another badge that poor whites of racism for poor blacks to join. Thus the conclusion: “every change that is attempted in the name of socialization for the entire society lives only a new ruling class.” 9
James Forman was an incredible statement when he was a “Black Manifesto issued.” Forman demanded 500 million U.S. dollars will be spent on helping the black community. The manifesto called for the establishment of a southern land bank, the creation of four major publishing and printing industry, the creation of four advanced scientific and futuristic audio-visual networks, establishing a research center for research skills to the problems of black people , establishing a training center to learn skills in community organization, etc., recognize the role of the national welfare rights organization, we call for $ 20,000,000 to a national strike and moonlighting Defense Fund, the establishment of the International Black professional (IBA) to produce to determine capital for cooperative enterprises in Africa and the United States, we call for the creation of a black university, and we demand that IFCO all unused funds to carry out the planning of the budget to requirements of this conference to implement. 10
James Forman was a really so-called radical of his day. Within the ranks of the radicals and militants there were different views. Even the Integrationist were, at most times, at loggerheads, because this was a time of confusion and disagreement. Ron Karenga Malulana as an organizer and a teacher gave his views on the black community and the university.
Karenga has three rules for whites and white universities’ non-intervention, foreign aid, and civilizing commissions. ” 11 In determining such terms “Karenga states that only a university education, but a political institution. Karenga concludes, “the white university is not primarily an educational institution but a political, and seeks to maintain the power base of American society.” 12
When Karenga was a visionary nationalist cultural Leroi Jones and the militant attitude of the Panthers was revolutionary. To get an idea of what this new style — militants said let’s look at some of their essays. Leroi Jones’ calls for a nationalist revolution that leads to the destruction of America as it is and the creation of absolute political and economic power for blacks. ” 13
Huey Newton had come to Oakland with his family from Louisiana, when he was three years old. He grew up in Oakland, California and attended Oakland public schools. As a student at Merritt Jr. College, founded in 1965, Huey Newton Black Panther Party.
While in prison, Newton wrote two essays theoretical tools become the Panther Party: “The essays deal with the evils of capitalism in which profits from poverty. He looks at all the oppressed people as prisoners, who must come to realize that society is corrupt, illegal and, if need be overthrown. “14
Bobby Seale was one of the co-founders of the Black Panther Party. His thinking, like thinking of Huey Newton, was a crucial aspect of Panther philosophy. “Seale argues for a revolutionary struggle that uses ethnic, political and class alliances against those who perpetuate tyranny, oppression and poverty.” 15
Eldridge Cleaver was a key leader in the Black Panther Party. Socialism is an alternative political system for the new young radicals in the Black Panther Party. In this case, Eldridge Cleaver “called for the creation of new political machinery to carry out the revolution against capitalist exploitation and racism.” 16
Stokley Carmichael was one of the new young vocal radicals. Born in Trinidad, he came to the U.S. at a young age and attended the public schools of New York City. As a student at Howard University, Carmichael became active in the civil rights movement. When he graduated from Howard in 1966 he was elected chairman of SNNC. After leaving SNCC in 1967 he briefly joined the Black Panther Party. In his essays ‘Carmichael’ Urges Blacks to gain power as a collective goal. He implies that such power may be required for certain aspects of the system to destroy. “17

Take the bank five years, $ 1 million endowment fund to California State University, Northridge that created the Wells Fargo Center for Small Business. Students participating in the program and then go out to the community by helping small businesses with their marketing, finance and other measures.
Wife of network bank, which operates in Pacoima, works by training local community leaders, so they can get to offer financial education classes in churches and other nonprofit centers.
Wells originates $ 3,700,000,000 a year in federal student loans and alternative and manages more than $ 13 billion in outstanding student loans. But funding for the education of a student is not the same as educating students financially.
“Just when we opened, we realized that many of our customers are going to be 18 -, 19 – 20 years young if it is the first time you open a bank account,” Sarkis said Tarkanian, the branch manager California State University, Northridge store, the first bank to locate on the campus of the school. “We spent a lot of time educating our customers.”
The opening of a branch of Wells in the CSUN campus brought a lot of one-on-one training to students, and now the makeshift school financial education efforts have become more formal. Among them, Wells runs as part of an institute for the daily life, classes where students can learn about money, credit and other financial matters, sometimes with special guests such as personal finance expert Suze Orman said.
Bank officials say the efforts at the grassroots level to help create the kind of long-term relationships they seek.
“Particularly in our areas of low and moderate income, we do a lot of financial literacy,” said David Guzman, district manager for the bank of the North Valley community. “At the end of the day we feel it is part of maintaining long term relationships.”
Wells decentralization programs, allowing store managers and other regional staff to select the recipients of their philanthropic efforts, and the result has been important to give schools the Valley of the area including Agoura High School, Canyon High School, Chatsworth High School, El Camino Real High School and many others. Citigroup offers companies fund donations, sponsorship dollars and volunteers to help small businesses and families to manage their assets and build your nest egg and participates in mentoring programs to encourage teachers in the Valley Northeast, among other places.
Since the 2000s, the Citigroup Foundation has provided funding to help Central Valley Economic Development to provide education for small business and entrepreneurship development programs. The most recent was a $ 50,000 grant for several years.
Citibank has also focused considerable attention in the northeastern San Fernando del Valle sponsorship dollars to provide El Nido Family Centers, MEND, Pacoima Beautiful, Habitat for Humanity and Chrysalis to help provide financial education to communities.

Work in the Northeast Valley, including Pacoima, San Fernando, Arleta, where Citibank operates branches, extends personal outreach efforts.
“When we have these branches, we must understand the community around us, and how to make communities better,” said Kathy Scott, area manager for Citibank. “Personal bankers spend much time in the development of the community with one-on-one training and training of other community leaders to continue that effort. We were able to see changes in the community and makes us feel very nice to see that. “
Citibank has sponsored the San Fernando Valley Economic Forecast provided by the San Fernando Valley Economic Research Center at Cal State University Northridge since 2003, research that Citibank officials say is key to the functioning of the 21 branches bank has in the Valley.

Citibank also funds several programs to promote early education teachers and mentors in urban areas encouraging them to remain in their jobs sometimes difficult
