Dead End Street–a Great Investment?

The term “dead end” brings up negative connotations into U.S. culture. And ‘closer in our minds to “the wrong track” and “east side” in both our words and our songs. But we like to live there?

It ’s easy to see why. A blind alley or cul-de-sac can be ideal if you have kids. A safe place to play (with parental supervision) is greatly appreciated, especially in large cities, where sites can be quite small. And we all know that in our society, the rules convenience. Even when the parks are nearby, do not always have time for a visit of pleasure.

There is also a value to have some ‘privacy. Less traffic means not only make you feel safer off Junior’s training wheels, but it means that you recognize most car rolling, and be attentive to those who do not. While good fences make good neighbors, knowing that there is no vehicle access to the rear of the house gives a feeling of comfort and safety.

Naturally, be sure to research crime statistics in your province or district. And it’s always a good idea to identify all sex offenders before getting around most of this information can be found on the Internet.

So do not be afraid next time you see a “Dead End Street” or “No Outlet” sign. Digging in the district, geography, and people. You can find the perfect place for a private dining room or a lively party. Make sure you invite the neighbors!
